近期，根據(jù)多家客戶反饋，以及我司調(diào)查取證，發(fā)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)上出現(xiàn)大量假冒我司鈦白粉產(chǎn)品（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“產(chǎn)品”）的不法行為。

　　這些行為和假冒產(chǎn)品，不但嚴(yán)重?fù)p害了廣大客戶的合法權(quán)益，也對(duì)我司產(chǎn)品品牌及聲譽(yù)帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重影響。

　　1.關(guān)于包裝

　　我司生產(chǎn)的鈦白粉有“山川牌”和“攀枝花牌”兩個(gè)商標(biāo)，產(chǎn)品外包裝標(biāo)識(shí)清晰、辨識(shí)度高。沒(méi)有商標(biāo)、品牌標(biāo)識(shí)模糊的產(chǎn)品均非本公司產(chǎn)品。

　　2.關(guān)于牌號(hào)

　　目前，我司在售有R-298、R-248、R-249、R-228四支硫酸法產(chǎn)品；CR-350、CR-340兩支氯化法產(chǎn)品。

　　3.關(guān)于銷售

　　based on information from multiple customers and verified by our company,we have recently found illegal activities of a large number of counterfeit Pangang Titanium Dioxide products (hereinafter referred to as "products") in the market .

　　These counterfeit products have not only seriously harmed the legitimate interests of our customers but have also had a severe negative impact on Pangang brand and reputation.

　　In response, we hereby make the following statement:

　　For package

　　The products produced by Pangang are marketed under two trademarks: "Landscape" and "Panzhihua." The relevant markings on the product package are clear and highly recognizable. Any products with unclear or missing trademark or brand markings are not from our company.

　　For grades

　　Currently, we sell four sulfate process products R-298, R-248, R-249, and R-228, and two chloride process products CR-350 and CR-340.
